Making of Rava Dosa

What you will need:
  1. Rava: 3 cups
  2. Dahi: 1 cup
  3. Jeera (fried)
  4. Green Chillies: 2-3 (finely chopped)
  5. Onion: As needed (finely chopped)
  6. Salt: To taste
  7. Water
How to make a Rava Dosa:
  • Take 3 cups of rava in a bowl and add dahi to it.
  • Stir the batter well. Add water to this batter so that batter should flow easily.
  • Add jeera, green chillies, onions and salt to this batter.
  • Stir the batter well until you get even texture.
  • Keep this batter aside for 60 min (so that dosa will be porous).
  •  After an hour, take a non stick pan and set flame to high.
  • Add a little oil on it. 
  • Pour sufficient batter on it. 
  • Set the flame to medium.
  • Keep an eye on dosa till it gets brown from bottom.
  • Your Dosa is ready!
  • Serve it with coconut chutney.
